We are currently looking for a structured and driven Production Engineer for a long-term consultancy assignment with an international industrial company. You will work in a team responsible for production processes in a technically advanced production environment.

Production Engineering involves the development and application of various processes, as well as the use of specialized equipment to efficiently carry out manufacturing, modification, and improvement of products. The role also includes working with process improvements and layout optimization, as well as analysis and reporting using relevant systems and software. You will work under general supervision but are expected to independently drive tasks that require engineering judgment and the application of established technical principles. A key part of the assignment is to contribute to increased efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.

During the assignment, you will map existing processes. You will identify deficiencies in existing documentation and ensure that documentation, including P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), is updated to reflect the actual conditions in the operation.

This is a long-term consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us but assigned to work at the client's site.

We are looking for you who have experience as a Production Engineer, Process Engineer, or in a similar role where you have worked with workflows and process documentation. Good knowledge of P&ID and CAD or equivalent tools is required. You have an interest in process safety and control engineering, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

You have two to six years of relevant work experience combined with a university degree or a Master of Science in Engineering, or alternatively, another technical education combined with longer relevant experience.
