You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving technical projects from initiation to delivery. You will become a central contact point between the customer, project team, and other stakeholders, ensuring that the project moves forward according to set goals.

You will, among other things:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on project activities to ensure quality, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and create conditions for effective collaboration
• Build and develop strong customer relationships and drive dialogues with customers and stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and follow up on risks, dependencies, and changes in the project
• Ensure project progress through a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Contribute with a holistic perspective by understanding both technical, organizational, and business aspects of the assignment
• Participate in the development of future energy solutions together with leading players in the industry

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to continue developing within project management and who are motivated by creating structure, coordinating people, and driving technical assignments forward. You thrive in a dynamic environment where conditions can change quickly and where you get to combine technical understanding with leadership and customer dialogue.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a relevant technical field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in project management and at least 3 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering operations
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and following up on technical projects
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Formal project management education
• PMP, IPMA, or equivalent project management certification is meritorious
• Experience from the energy sector or companies such as Hitachi Energy, ABB, Siemens, or other energy companies is meritorious
