Närlunda Health Center is located in the southern parts of Helsingborg. We are a small and family-oriented health center with just over 20 employees and approximately 4,000 registered patients. Here, specialists in general medicine, ST and AT/BT doctors, district nurses, nurses, medical secretaries, receptionists, assistant nurses, social workers, and physiotherapists work in close collaboration. The work environment is characterized by engagement, teamwork, and high job satisfaction.

Our premises also house a child health center, a diabetes clinic, a geriatric clinic, and a blood pressure clinic. We have a good collaboration with nearby health centers where we exchange services and support each other, contributing to a cohesive and efficient care. This also provides opportunities for collaboration across unit boundaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you have a significant role, and here we offer you a varied and stimulating job. As a new employee, you will be offered an introduction that we plan based on your current competencies.

In the role of a nurse in the team, you participate in medical assessments and work closely with other professional categories at the health center. Your tasks include telephone advice, triage reception, wound care, blood sampling, injections, and blood pressure checks, digital e-services, as well as the opportunity for your own clinic. You are also involved in the development work of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. Previous experience from primary care is meritorious, as is experience working in the medical record system PMO.
