Klara Team offers nursing patrols responsible for on-call duties during day, evening, and night shifts at nursing homes and home care services.

About the role:

You will work independently, managing both urgent and planned interventions within a designated area of nursing homes and home care services. You will also provide telephone advice and support to care staff. Klara Team is available during on-call hours – evenings, nights, weekends during the day, and public holidays. For this position, only night shifts are available.

To work as a nurse with us, you need a few years of experience as a registered nurse. Further education is a plus, but not a requirement! You should be comfortable working with various systems, as we use different electronic health record systems, as well as Mina Planer, NPÖ, and Pascal.

You conduct assessments via phone and home visits when necessary. You will have access to a company car during your shifts, as well as a work laptop and mobile phone.

Who are we looking for?

As a person, you are empathetic and have the ability to see opportunities rather than obstacles with a positive mindset. You work with the patient at the center, making attention to detail and a welcoming attitude second nature to you. Quality and efficiency permeate your work. You are skilled at working in a structured manner by triaging and prioritizing. We require you to have good experience working night shifts. You live in the Lund or Malmö area.

A valid Class B driver’s license is required.

Location: Lund/Malmö

Employment: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Working hours: Active night shifts with an employment level of 88%.
