Vårdcentralen Vänhem is a developing primary care center that contributes to new employees within primary care. We are located in central Hässleholm with proximity to well-functioning public transport. We offer a broad range of primary care services to our 11,700 registered patients, and the unit consists of 60 enthusiastic employees from various professions. Among our staff are six specialists in general practice and seven training doctors. We strive for care with continuity and teamwork both within and across professional boundaries.

We have well-developed specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, dementia, elderly care, ENT, and lifestyle. Child health services are provided at the nearby Family House. RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for you who wish to complete your specialist training in general practice with us at Vårdcentralen Vänhem. Here you are offered a developing and stimulating job with good conditions for broad education within the specialty. Your training is planned individually together with supervisors and the study director to give you the best possible conditions to develop in your professional role.

In the role of ST-physician (Specialist Training Physician), you work with both scheduled and acute patient visits, as well as other common tasks within primary care. You will gradually take on increased responsibility based on your competence development and participate in the daily work of the unit together with experienced colleagues. Regular supervision, competence development, and educational efforts are a natural part of the position.

In your daily work, you collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, and social workers. We are an education-oriented unit with a strong focus on learning, collegial support, and development. We would be pleased if, after completing your specialist training, you wish to continue your development with us and contribute to the long-term development of our operations.

A permanent position as an ST-physician may be preceded by a fixed-term position as a junior doctor for a period of three to six months in accordance with regional guidelines for the appointment of ST-physician positions within Primary Care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Regarding formal requirements, you must have completed AT (General Practice) or BT (Basic Training) and be a licensed physician with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare, as well as have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.
