Who are we looking for?

To undertake an internship at Aventi, you do not need prior experience in sales, events, project management, or administration. However, we have high expectations that you are eager to learn through curiosity, bring new perspectives, and contribute with great engagement. Basic administrative skills in Office 365 and Mac are a plus.

We are looking for someone who:

The internship is aimed at students who have completed upper secondary education and are studying sales. The internship takes place primarily at our headquarters in Borås.

What will I do during my internship?

During your internship, you will have an active role in our sales work. You will become part of the team and work with sales under your own responsibility.

Examples of tasks may include:

• processing customers operationally through customer dialogues and follow-ups
• mapping and analyzing new markets and business opportunities
• identifying and evaluating opportunities for upselling
• following up on statistics, sales results, and key figures
• handling administrative tasks related to sales and customer relations
• working in our CRM system, Upsales

You will work on real projects and gain a good understanding of how sales, customer relations, and project management interact in practice. The content of the internship is also adapted to your education, experience, and interests.
