About the role

The spare parts function works with planning and ordering spare parts and accessories. In your role, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire area. Common tasks include:

• Ordering car parts and accessory products.
• Goods receiving – handling incoming and outgoing goods.
• Unpacking ordered materials.
• Database maintenance, attending to, and guiding customers.
• Retail and wholesale sales.

What we are looking for in you

To fit this role, we see that you have a strong interest in cars. You should have experience from the automotive industry or a comparable service profession. Previous experience working with brands such as Volvo, Renault, and Nissan is an advantage. Since the telephone and computer are your natural work tools, you need to have good computer skills. Heavy lifting also occurs in this role.

The role places high demands on your administrative skills as well as your ability to plan and prioritize. Knowledge of the systems Tacdis and Kobra is an advantage. A category B driver's license is a requirement for the position, while a forklift license is an advantage.

We expect you to master Swedish fluently, both in speech and writing.
