We are making investments in several new areas, and in our customer service department, you play a vital role in serving our customers in the best possible way. As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will be part of a friendly team. We are now looking for you who can provide support to the Swedish and German markets and who has a long-term interest in working in a service-oriented role. The assignment In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will primarily work with responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your focus will be on providing first-class and efficient service when answering questions regarding orders, deliveries, products, complaints, and payments. We work with continuous follow-up on our customers' experience to develop our customer service. The role also involves occasionally assisting other departments. Qualifications The role suits you who enjoy providing fantastic service, both in person and using the computer and phone as tools. You can use German and Swedish in speech and writing. You find it easy to handle multiple systems and the phone simultaneously. In addition to efficient handling of customer cases, language level and a pleasant tone in customer interactions are important to us, and work tests will be conducted during the recruitment process. We place great emphasis on your personality and see that you as a person are service-oriented, communicative, and able to handle different tasks simultaneously. The right person for the role appreciates the variety of cases, takes responsibility for their tasks, can adjust their pace according to workload, and is a team player who contributes to the group. Experience with or good knowledge of snus and nicotine products is meritorious. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period at our headquarters in Uppsala.
