Your main task as Customer Experience Manager is to be present in the daily work with a focus on providing good service where the customer is offered the right solutions for their needs, short waiting times, and a high store standard, while simultaneously developing, following up on, and coaching your employees. You are part of the store's local management team, and in addition to personnel responsibility for your team, you share responsibility with the rest of the management team for the overall operations and the store's results.

Your role as Customer Experience Manager

For you, employees and customers come first. At the same time, you create good results by optimizing and monitoring daily operations to ensure customer friendliness and efficiency. You have overall responsibility for your areas of responsibility, employees, customers, and results. As Customer Experience Manager, you lead by developing and coaching your employees to constantly offer a fantastic customer experience in all areas covered by the role, such as customer satisfaction, financial controls, technical support, and merchandising. You are also responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and further developing your team and ensuring daily operations by leading and planning the business. You will be an integral part of the operations, working closely with your employees and serving as an important role model in the store.

The role of Customer Experience Manager requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service and understanding of operations and management in a retail chain. You have experience in sales with good results, are accustomed to taking professional responsibility, and are hands-on as a person.
