Who are we?

The Data Center and Network product forms one of the most central foundations of our operations. The responsibility lies in operating, managing, and developing the Swedish Public Employment Service's data centers, networks, and associated hardware. The responsibility also lies in ensuring a modern and reliable IT infrastructure environment that meets the organization's needs today and in the future.

The product is managed by operational IT technicians specialized in different areas who, together with the solution architect, develop our solutions so that we do not bind ourselves to single suppliers and create a competent resource that realizes the capabilities identified by the Swedish Public Employment Service's domain architects.

The role of Product Owner entails overall responsibility, and the person in this role is expected to work with and drive issues ranging from lifecycle management to strategies for reaching the current technical target state, including following governing documents within areas such as cyber security. The Product Owner collaborates with the section manager, the architects, and leads the IT technicians' work on an overarching level.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date as agreed, which may begin with a six-month probationary period. Basic Requirements for the Position

• Relevant university education in IT or equivalent experience that we assess as comparable
• Current work experience from leading roles within IT
• Good technical understanding of the operation and development of IT infrastructure
• Experience in driving change management
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish (non-Swedish speakers will not be considered)

Other Merits for the Position

• Several years of current and relevant experience working in the field of data centers and networks
• Technical experience with platforms and products within data centers and networks, for example Cisco ACI, F5, and Infoblox
• Experience in documenting in connection with the procurement of IT solutions, continuity plans, or other product-related communication
• Experience with agile working methods or equivalent approaches

To fit the role, you need to be proactive, independent, and solution-oriented. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and are good at communicating both orally and in writing. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability for the role.
