- A monthly salary of 50,000–60,000 SEK if you meet all our requirements

- A university degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, team leadership, or coordinating roles, preferably within the automotive industry
- Good knowledge of project management, project planning, and project methodology
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Experience driving projects within set timeframes and budgets
- Good ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Leadership qualities that motivate and engage others towards common goals
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading several parallel projects throughout the entire project cycle. You ensure that projects are delivered according to set goals regarding quality, time, and cost, and you serve as a key link between customers, production, engineering, and other business functions. Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate several parallel projects and technical changes
- Create and monitor project plans, schedules, resources, costs, and risks
- Ensure that project milestones are achieved as planned
- Hold regular project meetings and follow up on activities and deliverables
- Participate in and lead customer meetings, acting as the customer's contact person for project matters
- Be responsible for following up on prototype phases and product launches up to series production
- Identify, analyze, and handle project-related risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Support production and change projects according to company processes
- Prepare and present project status to customers and company management
- Drive improvement initiatives and cost optimizations when necessary
- Ensure efficient resource planning to optimize productivity and delivery capability
