Capio BUP Falun is committed to continued development and quality, and we are now looking for a licensed psychotherapist or someone with a Step 1 qualification who wants to join our exciting journey. The work can be performed partially remotely.

Within Capio Psychiatry, there is continuous development work, and our operations are characterized by a strong focus on high-quality care. Our clinic in Falun consists of a team of approximately 25 employees with various basic professions. Together, we work to develop the operations for the benefit of the patient, with the ambition to create a warm and family-like atmosphere for each other, our patients, and their families. Together, we are building Dalarna's best child and adolescent psychiatry clinic.

Your Role

As a therapist with us, you work with children and adolescents aged 0–18 years and their families. You should be able to make decisions about treatment interventions individually and in consultation with others. As a therapist with us, you should also enjoy meeting larger groups, lecturing, and mentoring. Together with your colleagues, you work to create security and continuity during ongoing treatment.

You should be decisive, efficient, and meticulous in how you structure and organize your work. At our clinic, the goal is for you to be able to perform 6 visits per day. Together with your colleagues, you have regular supervision, and the clinic strives for a good work environment based on systematic work environment work.

About You

It is a requirement that you are a social worker or a nurse, or hold another licensed profession. Previous experience from child and adolescent psychiatry and a focus on CBT is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is full-time, part-time, or hourly. Start date by agreement. 6 months probationary period.
