We are looking for a General Practitioner Specialist for a permanent full-time position at Capio Vårdcentral Väsby. About Us

Capio Vårdcentral Väsby is an established health center with approximately 10,000 registered patients and about 100 patients receiving home care. We have a total of 30 employees and a stable staff group with good continuity. The medical team consists of four General Practitioner Specialists, three ST-doctors (residents), and two licensed doctors. We now wish to strengthen our team with an additional specialist to create even better long-term stability and continuity for our patients.

We work in a team-based manner in close collaboration with other professions. The practice has established clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, and hypertension, providing good conditions for structured and evidence-based care. Quality and improvement work is a natural part of everyday life.

Your Role

As a General Practitioner Specialist here, you run your own clinic with both acute and scheduled patient visits. The work includes both physical visits and digital contacts and takes place on-site at the health center. You work in close cooperation with colleagues and participate in our recurring team rounds and doctor meetings.

The role includes supervising ST-doctors and active participation in the practice's quality and development work. For those with a special interest, there is an opportunity to take responsibility within specific medical areas over time. Home care may be included if interested, but it is not a requirement.

About You

Requirements:

• Specialist in General Practice (General Practitioner Specialist)
• Experience from Swedish primary care
• Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Ability to supervise ST-doctors
• Comfortable with digital working methods
