About us

Aleris is one of Sweden's largest providers of specialized eye care. Through Region Stockholm's new procurement, we have been entrusted with establishing and operating services in two geographical areas within the region, representing a significant investment in the future of eye care.

The new clinic in Nacka Forum will be an important part of this development. Here we are building a service with modern working methods, high accessibility, and a strong focus on quality in every patient encounter.

The Role

As an ophthalmologist with us, you work within specialized eye care with the investigation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with various eye diseases.

The work includes clinic operations, referral assessment, and medical documentation according to current guidelines. You work independently but in close collaboration with ophthalmologist colleagues, optometrists, orthoptists, ophthalmic nurses, assistant nurses, and administrative staff.

As part of the new service, you also have the opportunity to influence working methods, patient flows, and the clinic's continued development.

About You

Requirements

• Licensed physician with specialist competence in ophthalmology
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience of working in private healthcare or care selection

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and enjoys combining independent work with close collaboration. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and want to contribute to a positive work environment where we develop the business together.

Terms of Employment
Employment type: Permanent position, starting with a 6-month probation period
Scope: Full-time or as agreed
Start date: As agreed
Salary: Individual salary setting
