Job Responsibilities
As a substitute district nurse/nurse within our healthcare operations, you are responsible for overall healthcare work, in close collaboration with assistant nurses, care assistants, rehabilitation staff, managers, and others. Your duties include, for example, specific care, medical interventions, prescriptions, delegations, preventive measures, and documentation. Additionally, you may be responsible for supervising other care staff. An important part of this is to promote and ensure that care work is salutogenic and preventive.
Qualifications
To be considered as a substitute, you must be a licensed nurse. If you also have specialized training in elderly care, it is an advantage. Previous experience as a nurse or district nurse, especially within municipal elderly care, is desirable. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Experience with the documentation system Viva is an advantage. A driver's license for passenger cars (Category B) is a requirement for this substitute position.
Bergs Municipality is a Sami administrative municipality, and we therefore consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of the South Sami language and culture.

Bergs Municipality applies HÖK/AB (general terms) to the position. We use individual salary setting. For this position, the current starting salary range is 40,804 - 45,257 SEK per month, depending on your previous experience and competence.
