We offer you a position where you play a key role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our users in the elderly care sector in Härjedalen Municipality. We work with common tasks within healthcare and social care from a salutogenic perspective.

The positions are between 75% and 100%. Since Härjedalen Municipality applies a desired degree of employment, you have the opportunity to work full-time if you wish.

Start date: According to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

• Support users in their daily lives with personal care, meal assistance, laundry, medication management, mobility, and rehabilitation.
• Act as a primary contact person, serving as a vital link between users, relatives, and various healthcare providers.

Some days of the week may involve working at our day center, where you will use a person-centered approach to create a meaningful daily life for the enrolled individuals.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Educated nursing assistant (undersköterska).

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required for work in elderly care and adult disability services.

Merits:

• Authorization to administer medication.
• Class B driver's license.
• Specialist nursing assistant in dementia care.
