We offer you a position where you will be a key part of creating a safe and stimulating environment for our users in the elderly care sector in Härjedalen Municipality. We carry out standard tasks within healthcare and social care from a salutogenic perspective.

The positions are between 75% and 100%. As Härjedalen Municipality applies a desired level of employment, you have the opportunity to work full-time if you wish.

Start date: According to agreement.

Job Description

• Support users in their daily lives with personal care, assistance during meals, washing, medication management, transfers, and rehabilitation.
• Act as a crucial link between various healthcare providers and relatives.

Some days of the week may involve working at our day center, where you will use a person-centered approach to create a meaningful daily life for the individuals enrolled there.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Caregiver (Vårdbiträde) with experience working within healthcare and social care.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required to work with the elderly and adults with disabilities.

Merits:

• Authorization to administer medication (Medicindelegering).
• Category B driver's license.
