Working hours are Monday to Friday. Start date according to agreement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a permanent contact person for care, where you serve as a crucial link between users, relatives, and various healthcare providers.
• Participate actively in team meetings and be responsible for developing work with BPSD (Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia) assessments and follow-ups.
• Provide supervision and guidance to other colleagues.

Making independent decisions and collaborating with other professional categories and relatives is a significant part of your workday.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education as a Specialist Nurse (Specialistundersköterska).
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

A certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record) is required to work in elderly care and care for adults with disabilities.

Merits:

• Experience of Sami culture and the South Sami language.
• Experience from work/training within rehabilitation, mobility knowledge, and special housing.
• Computer literacy and experience working in VIVA.
