Boskataskolan is a growing F-6 school. This autumn, we will have approximately 300 students and an after-school center (fritidshem) with approximately 175 students, located on Björkskatan. The school boasts a good learning climate and a high proportion of qualified teachers and after-school teachers. Our vision is that the school's climate should be characterized by joy and community. We build trusting relationships and provide students with the prerequisites for a successful school journey where they want and can develop - we promote a culture where it is cool to be kind and to study!

RESPONSIBILITIES

We have a good collaborative culture here; you will meet positive and happy colleagues who together develop teaching and look out for the best interests of all students. We believe in students' willingness and ability to learn; we work with well-being, encourage, and stimulate students to grow and develop through their school mission. The activity is divided into two units: students in preschool class and grade 1 belong to "Solrosorna" (The Sunflowers), and older students from grade 2 and up attend "Klubben" (The Club). The premises are spacious and purposeful for the activity.

Our after-school activity offers an environment that promotes security, well-being, develops social awareness, and inspires learning. We promote collegial collaboration; in the work team, you will plan and follow up on the activity at both group and individual levels. Here, there are good prerequisites for joint planning and being involved in the entire school's mission and development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a license with eligibility for after-school centers or equivalent pedagogical education.

You are a clear and positive leader who easily creates good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You base your work on the steering documents, and the value foundation of the curriculum permeates your approach. You create a learning climate where students are given the opportunity for participation and influence. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Experience in similar tasks can compensate for educational requirements. If you have the above competence but lack eligibility, you are still welcome to apply.

Start date: 2025-08-12 or as agreed.

If you become relevant for the position, you will need to show a clean extract from the criminal record.
