About Karungi School

Karungi School is a small school where closeness, security, and good relationships are at the center. The position is a combination of:

• Teaching in the current subject area at the lower primary level, as well as scheduled time at the after-school center (fritidshem).
• Team Resource and After-School Center: The content of the role is adapted based on the operations' needs and your competencies.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching according to the curriculum.
• Contribute to safe and inclusive learning environments.
• Closely collaborate with dedicated colleagues in the teaching team.
• Work purposefully to give all students the best possible conditions for success.
• Work in an environment where structure, security, and relationship-building are central.
• Opportunity to influence teaching and contribute to the school's development work.

Your profile:

• Are a certified teacher for grades F-3 (preschool class to grade 3).
• Have good ability to lead teaching and create a conducive study environment.
• Have a clear student focus in your work.
• Are flexible and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy a varied role.

Experience teaching at the lower primary level is meritorious.
