RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for a study guide/tutor in Somali, Tigrinya, and Arabic. Together with the teaching staff, you play a key role in students' development towards educational goals. As a study guide, you base your support on the student's educational background and their prior knowledge, both in their native language and in Swedish.

This is a fixed-term position for the academic year 2026/2027. The employment rate is approximately 30–50%, depending on the scope of the need.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as a study guide and who have a good command of Somali, Tigrinya, or Arabic, as well as very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should have good knowledge of the subjects in which the student is being taught. Previous experience in study guidance or pedagogical work is considered an advantage.

We would appreciate it if you had good IT skills and could handle commonly used programs in school operations.

As a person, you are clear and structured. You have the ability to engage students in their schoolwork. We expect you to have good collaboration skills with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are committed to guiding students toward good results.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
