Responsibilities

You will work as a teacher at Norrbyskolan. The work involves, together with other educators, being responsible for teaching in the intermediate grades (grades 4–6).

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Planning, implementing, and following up on teaching according to the curriculum and local guidelines.
• Creating clear, safe, and inclusive learning environments.
• Collaborating with colleagues in work teams regarding planning, assessment, and development.
• Maintaining regular contact with guardians and student health services.
• Actively participating in the school's development and quality work.

Qualifications

Employment requires a degree and certification as a primary school teacher for grades 4–6. We are looking for a skilled teacher with clear classroom leadership and a thorough understanding of the curriculum guidelines.

The role requires good pedagogical insight and the ability to collaborate and build good relationships with students and colleagues. As a teacher, you need to feel confident and be able to be clear in your assignments. You are structured and accustomed to organizing and leading based on student needs.

Personal competence is important – we appreciate you if you are engaged, flexible, and responsible.

About the position

Permanent position, full-time. Holiday service position.

Start date: Autumn 2026.
