Health and Care is responsible for elderly care in Stenungsund Municipality. The home nursing provided is statutory and regulated primarily by the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HsL). With the human being in focus, interventions are implemented through assistance to persons who need help and support at home, special housing, temporary needs for short-term places, and personal assistance. All instances in the chain contribute to quality and safe care and support for our care recipients.

There are three elderly care homes in Stenungsund Municipality: Tallåsen, Lövberga, and Pressaregården. This application concerns Pressaregården, which is a care home.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who want to work nights at our facility, Pressaregården.

We offer a permanent part-time position where you work nights. This is a job for you who enjoy night work and want to be part of a varied work environment where you have the opportunity to contribute.

As an assistant nurse, you will perform routine tasks within elderly care. We work person-centered, where you look at each care recipient's individual needs and conditions.

You will work based on contact person management and implementation plans, as well as have close collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff and nurses. The work includes documentation and performing health care tasks on delegation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an assistant nurse education and experience in care work. You have good computer skills and master the Swedish language fluently both in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience working in elderly care, as this gives you a good understanding of the target group and the operations' needs. We also see knowledge in documentation, familiarity with the tools BPSD, IBIC, and LifeCare as meritorious.

Furthermore, we see that you want to work with development and have a solution-focused mindset, enjoy working in teams where the individual is put at the center.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
