We are now looking for a colleague for the intake unit where you, with the individual in focus, conduct protection assessments, safety planning, preliminary assessments, and simpler investigations. The Social Services Act, LVU (Act concerning Care of Young Persons), LVM (Act for Special Care of Persons with Substance Abuse Problems), and the Act on Placement of Children in Protected Accommodation are important working tools, and you have a good grasp of legislation, regulations, guidelines, and practice. You have good knowledge of societal resources and refer the municipal resident correctly. You will have close cooperation with the individual, their network, as well as other actors and colleagues in the organization.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You are educated as a social worker, with at least one year of experience in authority enforcement within individual and family care. It is an advantage if you have experience working with domestic violence and have completed any of the following training programs: FREDA, HEVA, PATRIARK, or MI. You must also have a driver's license.

Since you make independent assessments and take your own decisions, you need to be analytical and reflective. The work will be varied and requires you to be flexible and able to prioritize. You are structured and interested in developing both yourself and the operations. In your work, you are positive and engaged and have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and other actors. You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, to communicate and document in a safe and understandable manner. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
