We are now looking for a social worker for investigation work with children, young people, and their families in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL), the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU), and the Act on the Placement of Children in Secure Accommodation. We continuously work to make the resident's encounter with social services positive through clarity, legal certainty, and participation, aiming to create positive change in families.
The role of an investigator for children and young people involves investigating the need for protection and support for children and young people, as well as following up to ensure that interventions bring about the intended change in families. It also involves documenting the work done and conducting analyses and assessments regarding risk and protective factors, with the best interests of the child as the starting point and a focus on strengthening the families' own resources.
Are you the one we are looking for?
You are a trained social worker with at least one year of experience in authority exercises within individual and family care. Experience working with domestic violence is an advantage, as is having completed any of the following training courses: FREDA, PATRIARK, MI, HEVA, or IRISK. A valid driver's license is also required.
You must have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, to communicate and document safely and understandably. Your manager expects you to be secure, stable, and to value good relationships with clients, colleagues, and management. Personal suitability is highly valued.
