Do you want to be part of a new unit being built from the ground up and contribute economic expertise to a socially important operation?
We are now looking for an engaged, flexible, and collaborative economic administrator for the processing and economic administration unit at the Care and Elderly Care Office. The unit is part of the Functional Support Department but also works with the Elderly Care Department.
Job Responsibilities
The position involves economic administrative tasks. You are an important part of the administration's invoice processing, where you post and verify invoices for elderly care and functional support. You prepare compensation documentation and invoice documentation for providers and other municipalities. The role includes collaborating with various functions within all departments of the office as well as external parties.
A total of eight employees and a unit manager work within the unit. The unit is responsible for, among other things, the following areas:
- Invoice processing and economic administration
- Fees
- Sick leave wages within personal assistance
- State grants
- Housing adaptations
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have experience in economic administration and have the ability to understand economic flows. You have an economic mindset and can see economic connections. You are structured, responsible, and open to development. You navigate easily in different business and economic systems. You have an interest in the Care and Elderly Care Office's target groups; the elderly and people with disabilities. You have good collaboration skills and are open to development.
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education with an economic or administrative focus, or post-secondary education in economics or administration.
- Experience and knowledge in invoice processing, supplier invoices, and customer accounts.
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good collaboration skills
- Knowledge of economic systems and business systems, for example Proceedo, Raindance, Mercure, Combine, and Phoniro.
Merits
- Knowledge of contracts; The Act on Public Procurement (LOU), The Act on Choice (LOV), and direct procurement.
- Knowledge of/experience in care and elderly care
