Job Description
As a vocational teacher, your goal is to help students develop their full potential – both academically and socially. You support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their individual prerequisites, preparing them for their future professional roles. Your responsibilities include planning, teaching, and assessment, as well as evaluating and developing the pedagogical activities in accordance with the school's guiding documents.
We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, where you will find yourself in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to the quality and development work at the school.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Trained vocational teacher with eligibility in the relevant subject/area. Alternatively, a completed education in the relevant subject/area at upper secondary or post-secondary level, as assessed by the employer.
- Several years of professional experience from the current industry and very good subject knowledge
- Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy
- Very good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
Merits:

- Experience with apprenticeship programs
We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of a vocational teacher and creates good conditions for students' learning and development. You adapt the teaching to the students' and group's prerequisites and prior knowledge through a creative approach and strong pedagogical skills.
Your working style is characterized by good structure, and you prioritize and organize tasks efficiently. Furthermore, you contribute to good collaborations and communicate openly, clearly, and listen attentively to your surroundings. You understand how students' backgrounds, culture, and previous experiences affect learning and interaction, and you create an inclusive learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
