Do you want to work with transport planning in a role with many contact points, and have the opportunity to start immediately? Then this might be the role for you.

In this role, you will work with daily planning and coordination of transports across Europe, ensuring they run according to plan. You will interact with both customers and carriers, ensuring bookings are handled correctly. In case of any deviations, you are the one who follows up and finds solutions.

The work includes, among other things, receiving transport bookings via email, registering them in the system, and following up on deliveries. You will also have ongoing dialogue with customers regarding status and any changes.

This is a consulting assignment with daytime hours, Monday to Friday. The start is immediate, and the position runs until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by us and work at the client's site in Malmö.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Person with previous experience in the forwarding and transport industry, as well as education at a minimum of upper secondary level or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing is required, as English is the group language. You must also have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. German or Spanish is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Office package, as well as experience working in various IT systems.
