Exciting things are happening in Trollhättan right now – and Eidar, Trollhättan's Housing Company, is a driving force in this development. We are carrying out several major urban development projects, including in Vårvik where an entirely new city district is emerging, while simultaneously developing our existing areas with new housing, business premises, and enhanced living environments.

We are now looking for a Project Administrator who wants to be part of this work – and contribute to ensuring our projects are executed with high quality, good dialogue, and a strong focus on our tenants.

About the role

As a Project Administrator, you are a central function in our projects and a vital link between project managers, tenants, and internal operations. You work closely with the project managers and are responsible for ensuring clear communication, structure, and a good flow of information throughout the entire project process – from start to finish.

You are often the tenant's primary contact person and contribute to creating security and involvement during the implementation of the projects.

Main responsibilities

In this role, you will work with tasks such as:

  • Managing communication with tenants in ongoing projects.
  • Being the tenant's main contact person throughout the project.
  • Handling approvals and questions related to rent increases.
  • Preparing negotiation materials for the negotiating party.
  • Participating in surveys and assessments of the living environment during construction.
  • Ensuring tenant involvement through dialogue and, for example, surveys.
  • Coordinating maintenance measures in connection with the projects.
  • Updating and quality-assuring data in property systems and project documentation.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Basic knowledge of buildings or construction processes.
  • Good communication skills in speech and writing, in Swedish and English.
  • Basic knowledge of property economics.
  • Basic knowledge of property law.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have relevant education or experience in the field, as well as if you are multilingual.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in meetings with people and has a professional and humble approach. You are communicative, clear, and have a good ability to build trust – even in change processes.

You are structured and meticulous, have a solution-oriented working style, and thrive in a role where you both collaborate and take independent responsibility. Speaking in front of groups and holding dialogue with different target groups is something you feel comfortable with.

What we offer

With us, you get an important role in projects that make a difference – both for our tenants and for the development of Trollhättan. You become part of an organization that works long-term with sustainable living environments and social responsibility.

About us

AB Eidar Trollhättan Housing Company is owned by the Municipality of Trollhättan and is the city's public housing company and an important part of the city's development. We currently own and manage approximately 5,400 apartments, including student housing, as well as approximately 200 premises for commercial and public operations.

Eidar's vision is "a secure living experience in a sustainable city," and our mission is to manage, rent out, and build housing and premises for different stages of life, as well as to take active and long-term social responsibility. In this way, we enable a safe and sustainable Trollhättan where people thrive, want to live, and work. With us, you become one of approximately 100 employees working to enable positive development in Trollhättan.

Just as we care that our tenants thrive in their homes, we also care that our employees thrive with us and feel at home in our team. We invest in health and wellness and have an active leisure association that regularly organizes staff activities to create well-being and cohesion. We stand for the equal value and equal rights of all and see diversity as a strength.

If you think this sounds like something for you and want to become part of the Eidar team, you are welcome to apply for the position. We use an electronic application form in our recruitment. To access the application form, click "Apply for the job".

We look forward to receiving your application by July 12th.

Questions

For questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Property Manager Christian Andersson or Union union representative Hilde Ahlsén, 0520-87749. Evaluation and interviews will take place at the end of August/beginning of September.
