Job Description

We are looking for you who want to work in a central role where you can combine material planning, invoicing, and improvement work. As a Master Scheduler with us, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient flow from forecast and material supply to delivery and invoicing. You will become a key player in optimizing both production and capital tie-up, while contributing to the development and efficiency of our working methods.

The role involves close collaboration with several functions, such as purchasing, production, program management, logistics, and Finance. You will work both operationally and analytically and are expected to plan and structure your own day, where the pace can be high at times – especially during quarter-end and year-end closing.

Your Main Responsibilities:

You will work broadly within both material planning and invoicing, with tasks including among others:

• Develop forecasts for spare parts based on statistical analysis
• Ensure material availability and optimize inventory levels as well as capital tie-up
• Update control parameters and create purchase requisitions
• Coordinate material requirements and participate in planning and supplier meetings
• Work with ongoing invoicing and follow up on invoiced vs. non-invoiced amounts
• Ensure data quality and handle discrepancies, e.g., price variances
• Support during month-end and year-end closing, focusing on ensuring correct invoicing
• Participate in reconciliations with Finance and operations

An important part of the role is also to contribute to the development and efficiency of working methods:

• Identify opportunities for process automation
• Develop analysis tools and improve forecast accuracy
• Streamline processes and reduce manual work
• Contribute to business development within both material planning and invoicing

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a combination of analytical ability, structure, and drive:

• University education in Supply Chain, economics, or similar
• Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, invoicing, or administrative work
• Very good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with SAP
• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Structured and detail-oriented, with good ability to handle large amounts of data
• Self-reliant and confident in planning your own time
• Flexible and thrive during periods of high workload
• Solution-oriented with a strong focus on improvement
• A team player with good collaboration skills and the ability to build networks
