You are part of an office that handles cases for Ronneby, Karlshamn, and Olofström – a collaboration that creates conditions for a robust, accessible, and efficient operation.

We are looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed with the tasks and work independently in the role.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Processing cases and making decisions according to the Parents and Children Code and applicable legislation.
  • Independently driving cases from start to decision, including investigation and documentation.

The work involves both public authority functions and administration and communication. You will have many contacts with representatives, principals, authorities, and collaboration partners. As a natural part of the job, it also includes developing and improving routines, digital processes, and information material. Together with your colleagues, you work both independently and in teams, with a clear mandate to contribute to legally secure processes and good treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should be careful, responsible, structured, and able to combine legal application with a warm commitment to society. You thrive in a role where structure, collaboration, and quality are in focus.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a university education in economics, social sciences, law, or other education deemed relevant.
  • Has current experience of case processing within public operations or public authority functions.

  • Has a good ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations.
  • Has a good ability to build trust in meetings with individuals and partners.
  • Has good analytical skills and works in a structured manner.
  • Has very good digital competence.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience of work within the Senior Court Appointed Representative office.
  • Experience of financial auditing, such as annual accounts.
  • Experience of public authority functions within the public sector.
  • Experience of work within social services, courts, or similar operations.
  • Experience of providing support, education, or guidance to others.

You are confident, stable, structured, and have an ethical approach to your work. You build trust through attentiveness, clarity, and empathy. You have a positive attitude towards change and enjoy developing ways of working together with others.

You work according to Ronneby Municipality's code of conduct: professionally, committed, and welcoming, and contribute to a culture where we always do our best with heart and quality.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: 6 months or longer.

Please note that Ronneby Municipality has removed the cover letter from the application process.
