We are now looking for an entirely new team to join from the start of an exciting assignment. The client is a man with autism who needs strong and cohesive support in his daily life. The planned start date for the assistance is September 1st.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you are the client's extended arm and a source of security in their daily life. Working hours are scheduled for 24-hour shifts or long shifts, which requires you to thrive while working focused over longer periods.

A central part of the role involves accompanying the client to his day program, where he works. Your role is to be there as a support so that he can perform his work tasks in the best possible way.

• Responsible: You understand the importance of punctuality and loyalty in an assistance assignment.

We are a small company on Gotland belonging to Humana Assistans. You can find our office in Visby on Herkulesvägen. In our cozy office, there are 6 employees: 5 belonging to Assistans på Gotland and 1 belonging to Humana Assistans.

We have the privilege of having our own lawyer based in Stockholm who works with our clients on Gotland!
