We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant in a position of up to 75 %. The person you will be assisting is social and enjoys talking a lot with their assistants. Since the person works during weekdays, your role also includes accompanying them and providing assistance during their work hours.

Your responsibilities

The duties include, among other things, transfers, practical assistance, help with personal hygiene, and accompanying the person to various activities.

About you

We prefer that you have professional experience in care and elderly care, as well as experience working as a personal assistant. You are patient, organized, non-smoking, and responsible. You are comfortable increasing your energy when needed, but can also take a more observant and responsive role.

You need to be both mentally and physically strong, as the role involves transfers.

Qualifications

Experience working as a personal assistant, either currently or previously.

Working hours

Primarily, we are looking for someone who can work between 07:45–07:45 (24 hours) one day a week. However, we are flexible and offer many other shifts, for example, 07:45–15:00 on weekdays. Weekends often have shifts from 09:00–15:00 or 09:00–19:00.

Scope

The position is up to 75 %.

Salary

We offer individual salary setting. Other allowances, such as shift and on-call premiums, are paid in accordance with the collective agreement.
