We are now looking for an entirely new team who wants to be part of an exciting assignment from the very beginning. The client is a man with autism who needs strong and cohesive support in his daily life. The planned start date for the assistance is September 1st.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you are the client's extended arm and a source of security in everyday life. The shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts or long shifts, which requires you to be comfortable working focused for extended periods.

A central part of the role involves accompanying the client to his day activity program, where he works. Your role is to be there as a support so that he can perform his work tasks in the best possible way.

We are a small company on Gotland belonging to Humana Assistans. Our office is located in Visby on Herkulesvägen. In our cozy office, you will find 6 employees: 5 who belong to Assistans på Gotland and 1 who belongs to Humana Assistans.

We are fortunate to have our own lawyer based in Stockholm who works with our clients on Gotland.
