We are recruiting staff for all of Gotland ahead of the 2026 season.

Choose your pace:

☀️ Quick day shifts (you'll have time for after-beach activities)

🌙 Night shifts (for the night owl)

📅 7 days per month = (for you who want maximum time off!)

Who are you? You can be an experienced care professional or someone with a fantastic attitude who wants to try something new. We need both those with medical expertise and those who are rock-solid at creating a good daily life.

You must be at least 18 years old.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required.

Extra bonus: Driver's license (it makes life and travel significantly easier!).

We are a small Gotland-based company belonging to Humana Assistans. You can find our office in Visby on Herkulesvägen. In our cozy office, you will find 6 employees: 5 who belong to Assistans på Gotland and 1 who belongs to Humana Assistans.

For us, the assistants are our greatest asset and extremely significant. Do you have a big heart, practical skills, and a desire to make a difference for a fellow human being? Are you good at reading what others need and can "work without being seen"? Then you might be the person we want to hire!
