In the role of Specialist Nurse Assistant (Specialistundersköterska), you play a key role in developing and ensuring the quality of care and support services. Through your advanced competence, you contribute to strengthening the organization's working methods and creating good conditions for safe, secure, and person-centered care.

The role involves combining daily care work with specific responsibilities for supervision, knowledge transfer, and organizational development. You act as a support for colleagues and managers in matters concerning nursing, approach, documentation, and quality work, and contribute to the introduction of new employees.

In close collaboration with care recipients, relatives, managers, and staff, you work to develop interventions and working methods that promote the individual's health, participation, and independence. Through your engagement, you contribute to a learning organization where competence, quality, and continuous development are in focus.

Care and Support Residences are housing for those who need service and nursing care around the clock. Here, care recipients receive all the support they need in daily life while living in their own apartments.

Short-term Care Residences provide care and support for a limited period. The work is based on authority decisions with clear goals based on the short-term guest's unique needs. The goal is to return to as independent and self-sufficient a life as possible after the stay with us.

The position is a permanent full-time position. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and every other weekend.

About you

Qualifications

• We are looking for you who are trained as a Nurse Assistant (Undersköterska) and can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate for the protected professional title, or alternatively show that you were employed as a Nurse Assistant when the new rules were introduced.
• A University College degree of at least 200 credits within rehabilitation, psychiatry, dementia, palliative care, elderly with multiple diseases, or other that the employer deems equivalent.
• Work experience within care and support.
• The role requires computer literacy for documentation and deviation handling in various IT systems, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Ekparken Care and Support Residence: BPSD administrator, star instructor, and experience within dementia.
• Svaleboskogen Care and Support Residence (floor 3): Experience working with dementia.
• Grevegården Care and Support Residence: Experience in driving and developing care work in the team, experience working with Senior Alert digital, experience administering BPSD.
• Silvergruvan Short-term Care Residence: Experience in supervision.
