About the role

At Hjortviken Country Club, we are now looking for a Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of the hotel and the first person our guests meet. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and serving as a key contact point for our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to all arriving guests.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out.
• Manage bookings and reservations.
• Answer questions and provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area.
• Assist guests with their needs and requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a fantastic guest experience.

Who are you?

To thrive as a Front Office Agent with us, you should have a strong sense for service and a positive attitude. You enjoy working with people and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor. You are self-motivated and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. As a Front Office Agent, you are also expected to assist with Meeting & Events operations and booking control when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in reception or a similar service role.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with hotel and booking systems is a plus.
• Passionate about hospitality, service-oriented, and solution-focused.

Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and 75% fixed-term contract for 12 months. Start date by agreement.
