Stora Coop Bäckebol Kitchen & Café is now looking for two dedicated individuals to work as chefs/kitchen assistants in our restaurant operations, focusing on catering and meal box production. One of the positions involves extended responsibility for the planning, production, and quality assurance of our meal boxes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Production of meal boxes
  • Preparation and cooking of catering orders
  • Planning and organizing daily production
  • Ensuring high quality and good food hygiene
  • Creating and updating recipes
  • Managing ingredient lists and product labeling

We are looking for someone who

  • Is trained as a chef or kitchen assistant, or has equivalent experience
  • Has experience in large-scale food production
  • Is proficient with computers, especially regarding recipe and ingredient list management
  • Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Is meticulous, responsible, and has good teamwork skills
  • Can work independently and take initiative

We offer

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week (100%)
  • Salary based on experience and agreement

  • Training as a Chef or Kitchen Assistant is a requirement
  • Experience working as a Chef or Kitchen Assistant for at least 3 years is a requirement
  • Swedish language skills (spoken and written) are a requirement
