About the roleAs a Maitre d', you are the face of the operation and a key figure in creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.
You are an operational leader who thrives in the midst of service – where you lead the floor team with confidence, energy, and presence. During service, you are responsible for daily operations, ensuring our high quality standards are met, and possessing the ability to read both guest needs and team dynamics.
You work closely with the kitchen and other departments to create a holistic experience characterized by quality, warmth, and professionalism.
Some of your responsibilitiesWelcome and seat guests with a professional and personal approach
Lead and coach the service team towards maximum guest satisfaction
Responsible for operational management during service
Ensure that service, quality, and the overall experience maintain the highest level
Work closely with the kitchen for smooth and efficient collaboration
Work independently at your own service station when needed
Support the Restaurant Manager in staff planning and logistics
Actively work with table placement and flow optimization
Have experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry, such as Maitre d' or Shift Leader – or have built a strong foundation in service and are now ready to step into a leadership role.
Have extensive experience with high-level à la carte service
Have good knowledge of food and beverage
Have previous experience leading and coaching teams
Are structured and maintain calm even in high-paced environments
Have a genuine interest in hospitality and details
Are a confident and clear communicator who contributes to a positive work environment
Interest in and knowledge of international food and beverage cultures
Experience with booking systems and table optimization
Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Working hours: Day, evening, and every other weekend
