Landvetter Airport Hotel is a 4-star hotel with 184 rooms, a restaurant, conference facilities, and guests from all over the world. We are now looking for a receptionist who wants to help create memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role

The reception is your main department, but here we work as a team. Therefore, we are looking for you who are flexible, enjoy variety, and are happy to help wherever needed – whether it involves driving the shuttle bus, supporting the restaurant, breakfast service, housekeeping, or a colleague at the reception.

You will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our guests and contributing to the welcoming atmosphere that we want Landvetter Airport Hotel to be associated with.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or other service-oriented reception work
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and experience with booking systems
• Valid B-driver's license
• Thrives with varied tasks and cross-departmental collaboration
