We are looking for several new colleagues to join our team at Lorensbergsteatern for the autumn season. • Are flexible and can work evenings and weekends, especially Thursday–Sunday.

Your responsibilities:

• Top-notch guest service: Welcome and provide the best possible service to our visitors, both before, during, and after performances.
• Bar work: Serve drinks and snacks, keep things tidy, and ensure our guests always have what they need.
• Ticket and cloakroom management: Assist guests at the entrance by scanning tickets and hanging coats and bags in the cloakroom efficiently and friendly.
• Interval orders and bar restocking: Set out pre-ordered drinks and snacks for guests during intervals, and restock the bars so we are always ready for the next rush of guests.
• Cleaning between performances: Keep our premises in top condition by quickly and efficiently cleaning the auditorium between performances, so our guests always encounter a fresh environment.
• Teamwork: Be an active part of our collaborative team and help out where needed to ensure the entire operation runs smoothly.

Employment & Working Hours:

We offer a seasonal employment starting between 18/9–2/10 and ending on 12/30. During this period, you will work according to a rolling schedule where the number of hours may vary per week.

The working hours are primarily in the evenings and on weekends, with a focus on the following times:

• Thursday and Friday: approx. 17:00 – 22:45
• Saturday: approx. 13:00 – 22:45
• Sunday: approx. 13:00 – 18:30

Since the schedule may vary, we appreciate that you are flexible and can work these hours throughout the season.

We follow the Visit collective agreement and offer meal breaks during longer shifts.
