As a Barista at Espresso House, Sweden's leading café chain, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. Of course, you will become part of a fantastic team where we have fun behind the bar. Your primary task is to offer our guests a coffee experience that exceeds their expectations!

As a Shift Leader at Espresso House, you perform all the tasks of a Barista, but the role also involves responsibility for and planning of daily operations together with the Coffee Shop Manager. Your goal as a Shift Leader should be to develop and grow within Espresso House. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have worked in a café/restaurant or have equivalent experience and are familiar with the industry and used to working irregular hours.

The job as a Barista requires no prior knowledge; we train our new employees to be Baristas! In this role, you will make great drinks, prepare, and serve coffee breaks. You ensure that the shop is welcoming, clean, and tidy, just as you would like it to be. And you, together with your colleagues, ensure that you have a good time behind the bar!
