What is Hjortviken Country Club?

Hjortviken Country Club offers a wide range of experiences with two restaurants, 150 rooms, six bars, a Pool Club, and not least our ambitious meetings and events department. Our vision is to create magical moments and lasting memories for our guests by offering experiences that exceed expectations. Here, everything from the small but super important management meeting, the large corporate kick-off, birthday parties, to the grand anniversary dinner takes place.

About the role

As Front Office Supervisor, you will be a central part of our team and ensure that our reception and guest service always maintain the highest possible standard. You will work together with your team to create memorable experiences for our guests and contribute to them feeling welcome and appreciated from the very first moment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations at the reception
• Ensure that all team members follow company guidelines and routines
• Train and onboard new employees
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks
• Lead by example from the front desk by being a hospitality and service professional
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize the guest experience

We are looking for you who:

To succeed in the role of Front Office Supervisor, we believe you are a person with strong leadership skills and a genuine interest in creating positive guest experiences. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in hotels or hotel reception
• Experience in leadership or a similar role is meritorious but not a requirement
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Strong sense of service and hospitality with a high guest focus
• Good computer skills and experience with PMS is an advantage

About the process:

Start date and salary:

Salary according to agreement and permanent employment with 100% scope. Day and evening, weekdays and weekends. Nights as needed. Start date by agreement.
