As InQuire continues to grow, we are now strengthening our Operations team with a Logistics Planning & Forecasting Specialist. Here, you will have a key role in developing our delivery plans, analyzing complex flows, and creating efficient logistics solutions that make a difference – every day.

About the role

As a Logistics Planning & Forecasting Specialist, you work on developing and optimizing our delivery plans to create a supply chain where quality, delivery precision, sustainability, and cost work together in the best possible way.

You analyze flows, forecasts, and volumes to identify opportunities for improvement and translate your insights into smarter working methods and more efficient logistics solutions.

The role involves close collaboration with customers, carriers, and several internal functions. You become a vital link between strategy and operational delivery, contributing to ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront.

Among other things, you will

• develop and maintain efficient delivery plans
• analyze volumes, forecasts, and delivery patterns
• identify opportunities for improvement and drive optimization initiatives
• create smart planning groups and efficient route combinations
• ensure that delivery plans are communicated and followed
• collaborate closely with customers, carriers, and colleagues within Operations
• contribute to developing our working methods and logistics solutions.

We believe you have:

• post-secondary education in logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• several years of experience in tactical or complex planning
• strong analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven manner
• experience in improvement and development work
• a strong interest in logistics, optimization, and business development.
