We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant for an interim assignment focused on ensuring continuity and stability within HR during an ongoing recruitment process. The role involves close collaboration with managers and the business, as well as broad operational responsibility within HR.

The role corresponds to a classic HR Partner function with a strong emphasis on qualified managerial support. You will act as a support to managers in both daily matters and more complex personnel issues, contributing a proactive and business-oriented HR perspective.

The work includes driving and maintaining ongoing HR processes, such as employment law matters, rehabilitation, competence and staffing issues, as well as support in change management. You ensure that guidelines and processes are followed and serve as a sounding board for both operational and strategic questions.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the HR role, accustomed to working independently, and able to quickly adapt to a new organization. You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to build trust within the business.

• Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
