On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist for an assignment in Örebro. This is a consultancy assignment initially extending until the end of August, with the possibility of extension. The role offers a varied daily routine with many points of contact and plays a vital role in ensuring high customer service, efficient delivery flows, and good collaboration between customers and internal functions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Do you want a key role in a company where customer satisfaction, collaboration, and delivery precision are in focus? As a Customer Service Specialist, you will have a central role in ensuring that the customers' order and delivery processes function efficiently from start to finish. You work closely with customers, the sales organization, warehouse, logistics, and carriers, contributing to creating a smooth and professional customer experience.

You are responsible for daily contact with a number of named customers and act as an important link between the customer and the business. The role offers a varied daily routine where you combine operational work with coordination, problem-solving, and improvement work. You will become part of a small, cohesive team and report to the Customer Service Manager.

Tasks

  • Register and handle customer orders as well as follow up on order inflows.
  • Ensure that the order and delivery process runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Monitor deliveries and ensure they take place according to agreed times and contracts.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding deliveries, products, and availability.
  • Proactively inform about backorders, discrepancies, and updated delivery dates.
  • Receive and handle complaints and claims.
  • Work with information flows from the warehouse, logistics, and planning that affect customers and deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales organization and participate in customer meetings.
  • Familiarize yourself with the business's flows and systems.
  • Actively contribute to improvement work related to the customer order process together with the team.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are relationship-building and have an easy time creating trusting relationships with both customers and colleagues. You thrive in a role where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life and where you have the opportunity to contribute to the team's joint success. As a person, you are structured and organized with a good ability to plan, prioritize, and handle several tasks in parallel. You are also flexible and can quickly adapt when conditions change.

You appreciate working in an environment where quality, service, and improvement work are in focus and where you have the opportunity to contribute with both engagement and initiative.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in logistics or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in customer service or a similar role.
  • Very good understanding of customer order and delivery processes.
  • Good logistics knowledge and system proficiency, preferably ERP systems (AX2012 is a plus).
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English.
