Hulåns Snickerifabrik was founded in 1945 and has a long tradition of quality and craftsmanship. From producing windows, we have evolved to primarily manufacturing fixed interiors for offices, schools, and shops today. We combine experience with modern production and are currently in a development phase – therefore, we are looking for a quality-conscious technician who wants to help drive our operations forward.

About the role

As a Building and Maintenance Technician, you contribute to ensuring that production and the building function properly through preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvement work.

You will have a varied daily routine where you work both practically and administratively with machinery, equipment, and the building.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and the building
• Troubleshooting and repairs
• Installation and assembly of equipment
• Participation in improvement and development projects
• Documenting completed actions and planning for the future
• Operation of the wood chip boiler during daytime hours
• Contact with external suppliers and contractors as needed

Production takes place during daytime hours (single shift).

• Have good mechanical understanding and experience working with troubleshooting.
• Have experience in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment within production and facilities.
• Possess good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are structured, have good prioritization skills, and communicate clearly and appropriately to the situation with various stakeholders.

Additional qualifications such as a forklift license, Hot Work certificate, experience operating a wood chip boiler, or experience with electrical installations are meritorious.
