As an OT security consultant, you help your customers secure the units that control reality. Many have not yet understood the differences when it comes to securing IT and OT. Therefore, security in production environments, stores, warehouses, or other cyber-physical environments is often still lacking. In your role, you help customers understand their needs, identify the right solutions, and pragmatically increase security maturity.

In your assignments, you may lead threat and risk analyses, lead or develop projects for network segmentation, support existing security organizations in developing standards and guidelines for security in operational environments, or implement OT security solutions.

• Have several years of experience in developing and implementing OT security in practice
• Have a relevant post-secondary education in the field, or experience equivalent to this
• Are accustomed to working close to operations, analyzing the current state, and understanding how risks should be addressed
• Have worked in or near production environments, or driven change projects for OT security
• Have a good understanding of IEC 62443 and other relevant frameworks
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the role

Additional qualifications if you

• Have experience with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF
• Have experience implementing NIS2/CSL, GDPR, CRA, or other legislation
• Have had previous roles in manufacturing industry and/or critical infrastructure
• Have technical competence in networks, PLC, HMI, MES, or other operational equipment
