You will step into a role where you are responsible for coordinating occupational health and safety (OHS) work in a public client organization's investment, development, construction, and infrastructure projects. The assignment involves creating a cohesive, systematic, and uniform handling of OHS issues throughout the entire project portfolio – from early stages and design to execution and handover.

You will become a central support in the client's OHS responsibility and work both strategically and operationally. This means you will help project managers, the client organization, design consultants, and contractors work clearly with responsibilities, risks, and correct measures at each stage. You will also contribute to a consolidated view of OHS status, risk levels, and improvement needs across several parallel projects. This is a role for you who want to combine specialist knowledge with real influence in complex societal construction projects.

• You coordinate the client's OHS responsibility in relevant construction, infrastructure, development, and infrastructure projects.
• You act as BAS-P (Construction Work Environment Coordinator for Planning and Design) in projects where you are appointed as such.
• You support project managers and other key personnel during initiation, design, procurement, execution, and handover from an OHS perspective.
• You identify, document, and follow up on OHS risks, and create and develop risk registers, action lists, and status reports.
• You produce, review, and follow up on OHS plans, risk assessments, and OHS-related routines.
• You coordinate OHS issues between project managers, design consultants, contractors, and other involved parties.
• You participate, as needed, in design meetings, construction meetings, kick-off meetings, and coordination meetings.
• You contribute to developing common routines, templates, and working methods for OHS and client responsibility, and regularly report OHS status and recommended measures.

• At least 10 years of experience in OHS work within construction and infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in client support, BAS-P, or a similar coordinating OHS role.
• Documented experience from a municipal or other public client organization.
• Valid BAS-P certification and documented experience in the role of Construction Work Environment Coordinator for Planning and Design.
• Documented experience in client support and OHS coordination within construction, infrastructure, development, or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of the Work Environment Act, the Work Environment Ordinance, and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations on construction and installation work.
• Ability to work strategically with routines and control, as well as operationally with support in individual projects.
