Lely is one of the world's leading players in agricultural automation. Through innovative technology, we help dairy producers create a simpler, more sustainable, and profitable daily life. Mjölk Automatik Norr AB, also known as Lely Center Flarken, is responsible for sales and service from Dalarna up to Norrbotten.
We are now looking for a Service Manager for a key role in the company.
We have a strong market position, engaged employees, and high ambitions. At the same time, we know there are areas where we can improve. Therefore, we are not looking for someone who wants to maintain the status quo – we are looking for a leader who wants to develop.
Your Responsibilities
As Service Manager, you lead a team of service technicians who work out in the field with our customers. Your most important task is to create the right conditions for the team to succeed. This involves creating structure, prioritizing correctly, coaching employees, and building close collaboration with both customers and colleagues.
You will join us during an exciting phase where we are developing our working methods, introducing new digital tools, and continuing to strengthen our service organization. Together with our Technical Manager, you will play a central role in this development.
We often say that our technicians are our most important ambassadors. When they succeed with the customer, future business is created. Therefore, this role is less about having the best technical skills and more about creating a team that thrives, develops, and delivers a top-class customer experience.
The position involves travel within the region. Ideally, the location is in the Sundsvall area or near our facility in Flarken.
Your Profile
We believe you are a leader who enjoys building, developing, and improving. You are confident in your leadership and have experience leading remotely. You dare to make decisions, create clarity, and follow up when necessary, while simultaneously building trust with both employees and customers. You have a technical interest, are comfortable with digital systems, and have a good understanding of how a service business operates.
Experience from agriculture, technical service, or another operation with field staff is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are driven by leadership and development.
